The City of South Fulton is investing in the safety, dignity, and independence of its senior residents by opening applications for the Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation Program, a federally funded initiative that provides up to $25,000 in grant-funded home repairs for eligible homeowners age 62 and older.
Applications will be accepted NOW through July 31, 2026.
Designed to help seniors remain safely in the homes they have worked a lifetime to own, the program provides funding to correct code violations, eliminate health and safety hazards, improve accessibility, and preserve the long-term livability of owner-occupied homes.
